Mary-Ann set up Red House HR, in 2014.  After a successful career in many areas of HR working in the Big 4, financial services and asset management companies, Mary-Ann wanted to change focus and provide solid HR advice to small to medium sized businesses whilst still understanding each business as though she worked there full time. 

Mary-Ann recognises that owners of small businesses may not have the time or expertise to make sure its HR is up to date. When something goes wrong it can be daunting and expensive. 

Having a relationship with an HR professional for when you need assistance can take the expense and the headache out of any issues.
