Mary-Ann set up Red House HR, in 2014.  After a successful career in many areas of HR working in the Big 4, financial services and asset management companies, Mary-Ann wanted to change focus and provide solid HR advice whilst still understanding each business, as though she worked there full time.

Red House HR believe that good HR practice starts will fully understanding the business.  From the nature of the business to every employee on payroll.  With that understanding, Red House HR can be called on anytime to provide advice, support and a solution to an issue.
